We appreciate everyone’s support and interest in Gracy. We would like to announce a significant update aligned with our Q1 2024 roadmap and share the direction of the Gracy project.

With the advent of AI technologies like ChatGPT, we are witnessing innovative changes across all industries. AI is driving advancements in diverse fields, from business decision-making to defect rate minimization in manufacturing through process optimization, and even scientific research. These developments redefine human work areas, allowing focus on more complex and valuable tasks.

Gracy embraces these changes by introducing AI as a core technology of the project, in conjunction with Blockchain, aiming to develop more efficient and innovative solutions.

Gracy revolutionizes human resources management systems and facilitates the shaping of corporate culture through AI technology. Gracy AI analyzes member activities to identify individuals who embody core values and fosters a culture of praise and communication between members. It also provides analytical data for objective personnel evaluation and makes recommendations for custom talent recruitment, thereby supporting organizational growth and development. Gracy AI aspires to present a new paradigm in the HR industry as a B2B HR AI tool that strengthens corporate competitiveness.

Gracy AI functions like a colleague in digital workspaces such as internal messengers, while collecting message data. Utilizing ‘natural language processing (NLP)’ technology through ‘large-scale language models (LLM)’, a hallmark of AI, the large amount of unstructured data collected is processed according to corporate customer requirements. It delivers a program that tags and manages each member by extracting key keywords related to strengths, weaknesses, main capabilities, and interests from the collected messages.

AI Update

  1. Enhancing User Experience with Gracy AI Personification

We’ve introduced AI to the Gracy HR solution to improve the user experience (UX). Gracy AI now enables smoother conversational interactions with colleagues at work. Grace feature is now more streamlined, reducing input time and procedures for a more natural exchange of recognitions. We anticipate increased usage due to the enhanced UX provided on this update.

2. Applying NLP and AI Tag Technology

Previously, complimenting a colleague required entering core value keywords. However, with the latest update to Gracy AI, the Grace feature becomes easily accessible with a simple @Gracy mention. The AI system uses natural language processing to analyze the message and assigns a tag that aligns with the most suitable core value keyword from a pre-set list of 17. HR manager can now review assigned tags in analytics for member evaluation.

3. Analytics UI Improvement

In line with the AI update, we’ve improved Gracy’s analytics UI. The keyword extraction and tagging feature, one of AI’s main functions, has been upgraded to provide HR managers with thorough AI reports. The Analytics page is improved with various data sets to better comprehend the organization’s interactions. It now delivers a more detailed statistical analysis, including Grace usage trends by channel and rate of change in participation compared to the previous month.

Gracy AI creates value through improved human resource management and increased work efficiency. In the current era of high dependence on digital workspaces, this will be the optimal HR solution. The Gracy project aims to actively utilize blockchain and AI technology in the HR industry to develop more efficient and innovative products.
